A little bit about me.
I have currently completed my first semester of the Computer Programmer program online at Algonquin College, with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Although I am new to the field of technology, I have a strong academic history with a proven ability to learn. I graduated from my undergraduate program summa cum laude and finished my masters’ degree with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
I studied music, so my studies encompassed both historical and contemporary research, writing, theoretical analysis, group collaboration, and performance, which is essentially, at its core, the study of how best to communicate the abstract concepts of a piece of music to an audience. This required strong personal organization, attention to detail, and consistent self-motivation, which are all characteristics that I make use of in tech.
Java Connect-Four
This was the final project for my first semester java class. It is a connect-four game played in the command line against a computer player. It currently does not allow for diagonal wins, but I hope to implement that in the future.
Well-Organized CSS
I pride myself on writing CSS that is easy to read and build on. I focus on keeping my CSS lean and fast to load, and I make it a habit to stay up to date on current best practices.
